••••What is the Mentoring Program?
The Mentoring Program is a combined effort between EDSRA members and ASA, EDSA,
EIYSA and EMSA. The program operates mainly in the indoor season. Teams of three referees work together, mentoring and being mentored, with the goal of helping each other to be the best that they can be.

••••Who is involved in the Program?
In seven seasons, over 115 officials have participated in the Mentoring Program. These officials are from all levels
of refereeing in the Edmonton and District programs.

••••What are they committed to?
Before entering the 'Mentor Program', each official makes a positive commitment to follow the
guidelines of the program, attend a pre-season meeting and actively participate throughout the season.

••••How does it work?
Each month, referees will work with their team at least once in a game(s) assignment. Afterwards, they will
review the game(s), evaluate the performance of the officiating team, and set new goals for themselves.

••••How do I get involved?
At this time, the Program is full for the 2008 - 09 season. Check this web site in September of 2009 for an
